Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Clinical Research Project Expert to lead enterprise-wide clinical research projects with high complexity and organizational impact, including potential patient contact as approved by the IRB.

This regular PRN role supports remote work Mon-Fri with possible evening hours. Qualified candidates have a Master’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience (including ≥3 years in project consulting), and current state licensure. PhD, Psy.D is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical or related field.
• 10 years of directly relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project consulting or clinical practice.
• Current state licensure for the clinical field.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision at offsite facilities.
• Thorough understanding of the research processes and terminology.
• In-depth knowledge of the specialty under investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise-wide clinical research projects with high complexity.
• May provide assessment and ongoing clinical services as part of IRB-approved research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across facilities to govern projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
