Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, is seeking a Clinical Trial Program Manager to lead end-to-end performance and project management for assigned protocols in a multi-country setup. You will ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, country regulations, and company policies while coordinating with the CTT, CRAs and local operations.

The role requires strong PM skills, leadership, and the ability to work remotely/virtually across countries.

Qualifications

• Education in science with relevant regulatory exposure.
• Proven ability to manage clinical trials across countries.
• Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as main POC for assigned protocols and liaison between Country Operations and clinical trial team.
• Plan, drive and track execution and performance of deliverables to meet country commitments.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, company policies and quality standards.
• Lead local study teams and coordinate activities across country roles to ensure collaboration.
