Job summary

Lotus Clinical Research seeks an experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to lead multi-site studies, managing budgets, timelines, start-up activities, and communications with sponsors, sites, and internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences and 5+ years in clinical research, with CRO experience and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life science/healthcare with 5 years of clinical research experience.
• CRO experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Experience leading project teams through start-up, study conduct, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with FDA submission process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes primary accountability for assigned clinical research projects and ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Manages project scope, budget, and timelines; identifies success factors for analysis and tracking.
• Oversees study start-up and implementation activities.
• Leads development of study protocols, consent forms, and trial materials.
• Ensures development of study documents such as study plans, CRF instructions, site materials, and investigator updates.
• Participates in review of clinical data for analysis.
• Ensures tasks meet client expectations and SOPs.
• Serves as liaison between clients and internal team.
• Plans and manages materials to support execution of clinical projects; monitors contract and budget.
• Coordinates with clinical, business development, and operations; supports FDA inspections as needed.
