Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Trial Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead regional projects remotely, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. The role requires managing study files, coordinating with Clinical teams, and supporting sales when needed.

The ideal candidate has CRO or sponsor experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel to investigator and client meetings. Excellent benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare/life sciences or significant industry experience in Central Lab is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2–4 years project management experience in complex project service industries.
• Minimum of 2–4 years relevant clinical project experience with a CRO or Sponsor organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional project execution to ensure timely, on-spec delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with Clinical team and ECL to maintain proactive client communication.
• Ensure study activities adhere to protocol, budgets, and global PM standards.
