About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their globally distributed team. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage clinical trials from your home office while ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards across various sites. You will play a critical part in the successful execution of clinical studies, ensuring data integrity, patient safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH).
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data through source document verification and review.
• Train and support site staff, including investigators and study coordinators, on study-specific procedures.
• Manage site communication, resolve issues, and ensure timely reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or equivalent role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.
