Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or Registered Nursing or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Equivalency may be considered with education, training and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete study and site management activities as defined for the assigned study.
• Complete and document study-specific training.
• Orient and train on study-specific systems.
• Provide in-house support during pre-study assessments and waivers.
• Assist with site ICF customization with site contact details.
• Review EMR/EHR checklists and support data collection.
• Verify document collection and RCR submission status; update site records.
• Review patient-facing materials and translations.
• Support vendor qualification processes where applicable.
• Ensure system access for site staff during pre-activation and study.
• Monitor site staff training follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics for attendance and site meetings.
• Maintain vendor trackers and site supply management.
• Oversee essential document collection and updating in systems.
• Follow up on missing or expired documents and findings.
• Support ongoing remote review of centralized monitoring tools.
• Assist with site payment processes and reconciliations.
• Perform reconciliation tasks on trials (CRF, queries, SAEs).
• Drive action for missing/incomplete documentation.
