Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Sponsor Dedicated to support remote monitoring from a US-based location. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities, ensuring GCP/ICH compliance and data integrity across sites.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or RN, strong communication skills, proficiency with data systems, and willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely).
• Verifies informed consent documentation and protects patient confidentiality.
• Conducts Source Document Review and data query resolution to ensure data integrity.
• Manages IP inventory, reconciliation, and labeling per protocol requirements.
• Reviews Investigator Site File and TMF, ensuring archiving of essential documents.
• Provides guidance at site and project level to support audit readiness.
• Ensures sites and staff are trained and compliant with applicable requirements.
