Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support regionally aligned monitoring across the US. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance while maintaining data integrity.

The position emphasizes collaboration with investigators and cross-functional teams. You will support site management, IP inventory, and trial master file reconciliation, with extensive travel and a focus on audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and close-out visits on-site or remotely.
• Verifies informed consent and protects confidentiality; assesses patient safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF and TMF, tracks documentation and supports recruitment strategies.
• Manages site processes per CMP/SMP, drives query resolution and data quality.
• Coordinates IP inventory, labeling, storage and distribution per protocol.
• Attends investigator meetings and supports audit readiness and training.
