Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to operate regionally across the US. The role encompasses site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and site management to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance.

Travel up to 75% is required as you coordinate with investigators, review source documents, and support data integrity and audit readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate trial progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits, on-site or remote, ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Reviews ISF, TMF, and site documents; supports recruitment and data tracking; drives query resolution and ensures data accuracy.
• May manage IP inventory, storage, labeling and reconciliation per protocol; ensures proper release/return.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participates in global project staff meetings and training.
• Ensures audit readiness and supports follow-up actions; maintains knowledge of guidelines and SOPs.
