Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for a Full-Service environment. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a solid grasp of ICH/GCP guidelines. You will verify informed consent, protect participant confidentiality, review CRFs, and maintain study documentation across ISF/TMF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits, onsite or remote, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and protocol.
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality, assesses safety and data integrity.
• Conducts source document review and verifies data in CRFs; drives query resolution within timelines.
• May handle IP inventory, labeling, and storage review per protocol and regulations.
• Maintains ISF and TMF reconciliation; supports recruitment, retention and tracking of study observations.
• Trains site staff, communicates with sponsor, and supports audit readiness and site management.
• Participates in investigator meetings and sponsor meetings; supports knowledge of project scope, budgets and timelines.
