Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases.
• Perform site monitoring visits and ensure data accuracy and safety.
• Maintain regulatory documentation in CTMS/eTMF systems and files.
• Collaborate with sponsor roles to achieve site readiness and recruitment goals.
• Identify and resolve site performance or compliance issues per escalation pathways.
• Support audits/inspections and share best practices with the CRA team.
