Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. You will maintain site relationships, oversee monitoring visits, and ensure data integrity while protecting subjects’ safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of direct site monitoring in bio/pharma and solid knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines. Expect significant travel and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in science or biology.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory documentation, and site audits.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager for all trial phases.
• Ensure site readiness, conduct initiation, monitoring and closeout visits.
• Collect and review regulatory documents; ensure data integrity and safety.
• Communicate issues to investigators and escalate per SOPs.
• Support audits/inspections and maintenance of trial master file records.
• Travel domestically and internationally approx. 65–75% of time.
