Job summary

Care Access seeks a Research Assistant to support decentralized and hybrid clinical trials remotely in the United States. You will engage patients, assist with consent, data entry, and communication with sites under a PI delegation.

This early-to-mid level role requires maintenance of study portals and strong organization. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in clinical research, familiarity with EDC/IWRS, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Spanish fluency is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Familiar with IWRS and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, educate, and pre-screen potential patients for a study.
• Analyze study protocol and educate patients on participation implications.
• Speak with patients in an understandable manner about studies.
• Interpret patient history and medication use to determine pre-screening qualifications.
• Coordinate scheduling of screening visits and protocol-mandated activities.
• Manage data entry and study portal information with timely updates.
• Communicate with study sites and PI decisions via calls, email, or video.
