Blackbird Health is seeking a PA-licensed LCSW to provide clinical supervision across our pediatric therapy team. This fully remote role includes a direct care caseload of 12–15 hours per week and supervision of masters-level clinicians with regular chart audits and professional development.

You will collaborate with PMHNPs, OT, SLP, and operations to uphold evidence-based standards and support ongoing learning, growth, and care quality.

Formación

• Active PA LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Demonstrated experience conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or clinical training/quality management.
• Expertise in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT-informed, TF-CBT, etc.) and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Clinical Supervision: deliver individual and group supervision to assigned therapists, supporting case conceptualization and risk management.
• Chart audits and quality: conduct regular reviews and maintain high standards of care.
• Hiring & onboarding: partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and train clinicians on care model and documentation.
• Direct patient care: deliver psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
