Blackbird Health seeks a leadership clinician to oversee quality reviews, supervision, and staff onboarding while delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinicians and supporting case conceptualization.
• Ability to conduct chart audits and ensure documentation standards.
• Familiarity with evidence-based psychotherapy for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Establish and monitor clinical care benchmarks, using chart audit findings to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide individual and group supervision to assigned therapists, supporting case conceptualization, risk management, and professional growth.
• Partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and train clinicians on Blackbird's care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and targeted instruction based on note audits and clinical performance reviews.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services for 12-15 hours per week to children, adolescents, and families.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure comprehensive, whole-child treatment plans.
