Job summary

MCMC is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to review peer review reports from home, applying clinical judgment to ensure quality and compliance. You will verify references, ensure documentation meets standards, and maintain confidentiality while supporting client specifications.

The role requires an active nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN), strong medical knowledge, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with steady workflow and a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, medications and lab values.
• Proficient typing at least 40 WPM; accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA review of peer review reports and related documents.
• Provide clear, evidence-based rationales for recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with client instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Cite clinical references and verify sources are current.
