Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to its clinical teams. This remote role requires familiarity with clinical trial processes, Veeva Vault, and CTMS, plus strong Excel skills and independent work habits.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and help document study-related processes while contributing to the overall efficiency of the trials.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault
• Experience working with: CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
