Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II with strong biomarker study operations experience to lead sponsor-dedicated biomarker programs. This role supports global trials and requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure top biomarker data quality.

Remote work is possible with preference for hybrid arrangements near Foster City, CA, and occasional onsite presence. Significant biomarker experience is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing biomarker studies and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of biomarker and bioanalytical strategies in clinical trials.
• Experience coordinating sample collection and analysis workflows.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in CRO or sponsor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biomarker Study Operations across sponsor and collaborative programs.
• Act as operational point of contact for biomarker-related processes.
• Collaborate with study teams to integrate biomarker strategies in development plans.
• Plan and manage collection, tracking, and analysis of biological specimens.
• Advise on sample logistics, handling, and study logistics.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
