Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II with strong biomarker study operations background to join a sponsor-dedicated team. This remote role offers leadership of global trials and collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive biomarker strategy from start to finish.

Preference for Hybrid Foster City, CA-based candidates; remote options welcomed with priority to those within 50 miles of Foster City and ability to work onsite 2–3 days/week. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing biomarker studies and external vendors.
• Experience in clinical research with biomarker strategies.
• Ability to coordinate complex sample collection and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead biomarker study operations across programs.
• Coordinate biomarker and bioanalytical activities with study teams.
• Ensure samples are collected, tracked and analyzed per standards.
• Manage sponsor relationships and project timelines.
