Eliassen Group is seeking a Clinical Product Owner for a remote contract role focused on Artemis EMR enhancements. You will guide requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps, partnering with clinical, technology, and marketing teams to deliver value in a healthcare setting.

You will conduct user research, create user stories, participate in UAT, and collaborate with UI teams to improve usability, while shadowing a senior leader to accelerate onboarding. Rate: $70–$80/hr on a W2 basis.

Formación

• Clinical background with hands-on EMR domain experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and producing clear documentation for technical teams.
• Stakeholder-facing communication across clinical, technology, and marketing groups.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Exposure to user research, UAT, and iterative product improvement.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams on screen design and workflow optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the EMR product vision and strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to capture clinical needs and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on clinical impact, user feedback, and market trends.
• Partner with developers, designers, and clinical experts to deliver EMR features.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical stakeholders and ensure alignment with workflows and best practices.
• Stay current on healthcare regulations, standards, and EMR trends.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute UAT to validate functionality and usability.
• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on training materials and support resources for end users.
• Support product rollouts and implementations.
• Work with UI teams to lay out screens and improve usability.
• Shadow a senior leader to learn domain and practices, focusing on Artemis EMR.
