Highmark Health seeks a data analytics expert to drive clinical and population health insights that improve outcomes and cost of care. You will aggregate, analyze and present patterns in complex data, translating findings into actionable business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and technical expertise, with mentorship responsibilities and collaboration across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• 2 years leading design and analysis of clinical/population health reporting.
• 2 years coding analytics using claims and clinical data.
• 1 year of project leadership in a matrixed environment.
• 1 year providing analytical consultation to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and interpret clinical and population health analyses and reports.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable.
• Serve as strategic partner with thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Mentor Senior/Lead analysts across the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned.
