Highmark Health is seeking a Clinical and Population Health Analyst to build data-driven insights that improve health outcomes and optimize care delivery. You will aggregate, analyze and present complex data to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing analyses, mentoring teammates, and ensuring deliverables align with Quadruple Aim objectives. Remote work is supported with periodic travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy or related field OR 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with health analytics and population health reporting preferred.
• Strong data visualization and stakeholder communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, execute and interpret clinical and population health analyses and reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure analytics align with strategic priorities and improve outcomes and costs.
• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams on analytics projects.
