Highmark Health seeks a data analytics professional to create data-driven insights that identify opportunities aligned to Quadruple Aim: reduce costs, improve outcomes, and enhance experiences for members and providers.

You will act as a subject-matter expert, aggregating and interpreting varied data, presenting findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts in a complex healthcare environment.

Formación

• 2 years of leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of progressive scope and complexity
• 2 years of coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
• 1 year of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment (payer and/or provider preferred)
• 1 year of providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and interpret clinical analytics and reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with priorities.
• Serve as a strategic business partner with thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Mentor Senior and Lead level analysts and colleagues across the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
