Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data analytics professional to create data-driven insights aligned to Quadruple Aim outcomes. The role serves as a subject matter expert, aggregating and interpreting complex data and presenting business implications to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading analyses, mentoring colleagues, and partnering with clinical and administrative teams to drive improvements in health outcomes and care costs.

Qualifications

• Design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting and analyses.
• Provide analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven opportunities to improve health outcomes and costs.

Responsibilities

• Supports design and interpretation of analyses using diverse data sources.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable.
• Acts as strategic partner with thought leadership and SME capabilities.
• Mentors Senior/Lead analysts across the enterprise.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
