Job summary

United States University is seeking a Clinical Placement Coordinator to support MSN Family Nurse Practitioner students with clinical placements. This remote role involves developing placement plans, coordinating site mentors/preceptors, and ensuring timely documentation and approvals.

The coordinator will manage compliance, counsel students, and collaborate with OFE staff and college leadership to advance student success and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, management, health administration, or related field.
• 1+ years in Education Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Business Development (preferred).
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track student clinical experience compliance.
• Counsel students on expectations and resources for clinical placements.
• Ensure health and safety documentation is uploaded and approved in required systems.
• Identify best placement options with students and coordinate site mentors/preceptors.
• Coordinate Affiliation Agreement reviews with Affiliate Coordinator and site legal teams.
• Monitor documentation submissions and access to required systems by site mentors/preceptors.
• Collaborate with OFE staff and College leadership to support students.

Education

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business/health administration/related field
