Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner or Doctor of Nursing Practice with FNP specialization.
• At least two years of continuous clinical practice in the NP role.
• Active, current, unencumbered FNP license in CA and TX, with ability to obtain both within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver didactic and/or clinical instruction online to students.
• Plan and deliver effective Zoom-based classroom experiences.
• Engage students with varied teaching methods and timely feedback.
• Evaluate students in classroom and clinical settings using proven educational methods.
• Grade assignments and respond to student inquiries within 48 hours.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty in writing and verbally.
• Focus on student-centered learning across curricula.
