Job summary

United States University, part of Aspen Group, Inc., seeks a Clinical Placement Coordinator to support MSN Family Nurse Practitioner students with remote clinical experiences. This role develops placement plans, reviews site requests, coordinates documents, and identifies mentors/preceptors while maintaining compliance and timely approvals.

You will counsel students, manage site affiliations, monitor documentation in required systems, and partner with OFE staff and college leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in education administration or healthcare administration preferred.
Ability to counsel students and guide to resources.
Experience coordinating clinical placements and site mentors/preceptors.
Knowledge of FERPA privacy laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage and track overall student clinical experience compliance.
Counsel students on expectations and guide them to resources.
Ensure health and safety documentation is uploaded and approved in required systems.
Identify best placement options and coordinate with sites.
Develop outreach and partnerships with clinical sites and mentors/preceptors.
Oversee Affiliation Agreement reviews with Affiliate Coordinator and site legal teams.
Monitor submission of required documents and access to systems.
Collaborate with OFE staff and College leadership.
Handle high volumes of calls and emails with proper documentation.
Provide administrative support by improving systems, procedures, and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
