Prime Therapeutics LLC is seeking a remote Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician - MCO Clinical Liaison to support Medicaid operations. You will handle prior authorization requests, coordinate care for members, and educate providers on NYRx and formulary coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Proficiency with CPT/ExCPT/LPT/PTCB/RPT licensing and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process prior authorization requests and determine medication appropriateness.
• Communicate PA decisions to providers, pharmacies and internal stakeholders.
• Lead complex care coordination for Medicaid members, including outreach and issue resolution.
• Educate providers on formulary coverage, NYRx program requirements, and therapeutic alternatives.
• Escalate cases needing clinical review to a pharmacist according to protocol.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance and accuracy standards.
