Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for their remote specialty pharmacy operations in the United States. The role focuses on clinical review, patient counseling, prior authorization support, and collaboration with providers to improve outcomes.

The pharmacist will ensure safety and appropriateness of therapies, support utilization reviews, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the organization. Must hold an active pharmacist license and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Residency training or 2 years post-graduate pharmacist experience in specialty pharmacy or related clinical setting.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the practice state, with ability to obtain others.
• Specialty pharmacy or clinical certifications may be preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders accurately and timely while ensuring appropriateness against diagnosis and labs.
• Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews to check for interactions and allergies.
• Provide patient counseling and drug information to medical staff and patients.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist in formulary and quality improvement activities.
