Job summary

AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure accuracy of patient prescriptions and maintain compliant medication profiles. This remote role targets licensed pharmacists who can work in a call-center environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals and technicians.

Responsibilities include verifying Rx, transferring prescriptions, and upholding privacy standards while delivering outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of residence.
• Experience with pharmacist verification work.
• Strong clinical judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience interfacing with medication management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx records.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email.
• Supervise and coordinate prescription transfers.
• Uphold privacy, legal and compliance requirements.
• Represent AnewHealth values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
