Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Business Lead to oversee operations for programs serving dual-eligible Medicare/Medicaid members. You will coordinate daily workflows, staffing, and productivity, while ensuring quality and alignment with priorities.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to monitor performance, coach staff, and escalate issues as needed. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs serving dual-eligible populations.
• 3+ years of project leadership experience.
• Ability to lead daily operations and coordinate staffing and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and team lead support for MI HIDE workflows and related state/regional processes.
• Coordinate daily workflows, staffing, and workload distribution across teams.
• Monitor associate productivity and quality, identify performance trends, and coach staff to improve outcomes.
• Escalate issues and partner with leaders to meet operational priorities.
