Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a clinical field and active/unrestricted license.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience with risk management exposure.
• Experience collaborating with clinical leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in clinical practice and operations.
• Develop and implement clinical risk management plans and controls.
• Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate risks and action plans.
• Present findings and risk mitigation recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, HR, and Safety teams on risk initiatives.
• Document issues and guide corrective action planning with partners.
• Conduct risk research and stakeholder interviews to support assessments.
• Monitor emerging regulatory risks affecting primary care and risk governance.
• Support continuous improvement of risk management frameworks.
