Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Analytics Consultant for Clinical Operations & Analytics to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Product, IT, and customers to build BI dashboards and automate reporting, enabling data-driven decisions across healthcare workflows.

The role emphasizes business intelligence, dashboard development, data analysis, and automation rather than direct account management.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in clinical operations analytics or BI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical operations environments preferred.
• Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives, preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Design and automate recurring business reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Develop and support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI reporting platforms.
• Create executive-level and customer-facing performance reporting.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements.
• Support the development of predictive and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of data feeds, reporting systems, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and technical solutions.
