Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Clinical Operations Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions. You will partner with Clinical Operations, IT, and customer stakeholders to automate reporting, build dashboards, and drive data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes BI development, data analysis, automation, and KPI methodologies, with travel up to 10% and a focus on CardinalASSIST and clinical tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, information systems, analytics or related.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical operations is preferred.
• Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Design and automate recurring business reports to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Create executive-level and customer-facing reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and customer stakeholders to design solutions.
