Job summary

Cohere Health is looking for a Clinical Integrity Director to oversee the integrity of clinical programs and technology solutions. This role is remote-first but requires some travel to Boston, MA for onboarding and meetings.

You will manage clinical integrity governance and ensure that operational readiness processes are efficiently executed. A strong background in Utilization Management and a clinical license is required for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Utilization Management and Clinical Operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing programs, projects, or teams.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical integrity governance programs across active programs.
• Manage the clinical impact assessment process for various changes.
• Oversee operational readiness programs for product releases and implementations.
