Job summary

Regain Health is seeking a Clinical Integration Lead (0.5–1.0 FTE) to own data pipelines between Deutsch and Epic-based EHRs across two sites in a 39-month program. The role focuses on building and validating FHIR/HL7 bridges for the first US validation of autonomous cardiovascular AI.

You will architect pipelines, configure Epic sandboxes, and work closely with IT teams to ensure low-latency, compliant integration across UI Health in Chicago and UCHealth in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 5+ years healthcare integration experience.
• Epic integration experience (App Orchard, SMART on FHIR launch).
• FHIR R4 expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architect the FHIR pipeline connecting Deutsch to Epic at UI Health and UCHealth/CU Anschutz.
• Configure Epic sandbox environments and HL7/FHIR interfaces.
• Define clinical workflows for AI interactions with staff and pilot enrollment.
• Coordinate multi-site activities and expand enrollment across sites.
• Support data requirements for FDA submissions and ongoing integration patterns.
