Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience, and a strong background in LEAN/continuous improvement, analytics, and healthcare workflow optimization. MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in clinical healthcare field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years clinical and administrative healthcare experience with multiple stakeholders.
• LEAN/Continuous Improvement background preferred; willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' business requirements in complex healthcare environments using data and workflow knowledge to enable objectives.
• Manage customer engagements to drive measurable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Lead project teams and conduct status checks with customers to assess progress against plans and timelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions.
