Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Clinical Informatics Engineer to integrate clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology, optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care.

You will design and implement decision support tools, map clinical workflows to technical requirements, and collaborate with global teams to ensure data interoperability. Fluent English and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Clinical Informatics, Healthcare IT, or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing clinical decision support systems and terminology mapping.
• Proficiency with healthcare data standards, including SNOMED and ICD-10.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data integration.
• Hands-on experience implementing data standards within healthcare environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical decision support systems to enhance workflows and patient outcomes.
• Manage and standardize healthcare data using SNOMED and ICD-10 to ensure interoperability.
• Map clinical workflows to technical requirements and align digital solutions with frontline practices.
• Develop and maintain data standards implementation strategies across healthcare IT platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to refine data capture and reporting processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data across health information systems.
