Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Clinical Exercise Physiologist based in the United States to support patients in a remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program. You will monitor vital signs, guide patients through remote monitoring and telehealth sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.

Preferred candidates have ACSM certification, a degree in Exercise Physiology, and experience in cardiopulmonary rehab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced practice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily patient vital signs (BP, HR, SpO₂) and identify changes.
• Respond to abnormal readings with wellness checks per protocols.
• Communicate abnormal readings to care teams via approved channels.
• Support adherence to remote vital signs monitoring and rehab programs.
• Provide patient education to help understanding health data and recovery.
• Document clinical encounters and billing-related tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with Clinical Exercise Physiologists and teams to ensure safety and quality.
