Job summary

Revidas LLC is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight within our growing mostly remote outpatient mental health practice. This role focuses on guiding clinicians, advancing quality care, and shaping the future of mental health services in our community.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, LICSW or LMHC licensure, and at least 5 years of outpatient clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure (LICSW or LMHC).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical mental health experience.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.
• Understanding of payer mix: Commercial Insurance, MassHealth, Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of therapists, social workers, and clinical staff.
• Provide guidance on complex cases and treatment planning.
• Promote evidence-based clinical practices and high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and support professional development.
• Facilitate individual and group supervision.
• Help onboard and develop new clinicians.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and positive client outcomes.
• Partner with leadership on program growth and service development.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining top clinical talent.
• Maintain a modest caseload with at least 30 billable hours per month.
