Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote QC & Data Management Specialist in the United States to perform precise data reviews using SOPs and sponsor protocols. You will enter data into eCRF/CRF systems and report discrepancies to the QC Manager and team leads.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research, strong attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication. This role is fully remote with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 1–3+ years in clinical or biological research.

Responsibilities

• Review study charts per SOPs, policies, GCP/GDP and sponsor protocols; flag missing/discrepant data.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF accurately and timely per sponsor guidelines.
• Identify and report missing data or inconsistencies to CRC and QC Manager/Leads.
• Attend SIV meetings.
• Resolve data discrepancies between source and CRF/eCRF promptly.
• Assist sponsor monitor visits to resolve queries timely.
• Collaborate with staff and sponsor representatives professionally.
• Assist with training onboarding procedures.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally in all interactions.
