Tiny Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the execution and operations of our clinical research program. This role collaborates with the Head of Science and Clinical Studies Project Manager to ensure studies run smoothly, timelines are met, and documentation remains compliant.

The role is remote-first, North America-focused, with a startup pace and emphasis on bringing structure to complex clinical work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, clinical research, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination or related role.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects research requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day coordination of observational, interventional, and real-world evidence studies.
• Assist with study startup activities, including site onboarding and timeline tracking.
• Maintain study schedules, task plans, and internal communication across stakeholders.
• Coordinate sample logistics, participant workflows, and data collection processes.
• Assist with clinical study reporting and preparation of study materials for abstracts or manuscripts.
