Qualifications

• Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years in critical care or related health practice.
• Experience as an educator in training medical and non-medical personnel.
• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring and hemodynamics.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team during the sales cycle and participate in presales activities (onsite meetings, conference calls, demonstrations).
• Provide clinical assistance and customer training on vitals and cardiology product lines; conduct post-training follow-up.
• Identify customer issues and liaise between sales and customers to reach resolution.
• Identify training needs with the sales force and work with marketing to develop plans and deliver training.
• Maintain detailed records of training and customer communication; update Salesforce.com.
• Participate in clinical on-call program and travel up to 80% to hospital/clinic settings.
