Abbott is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to support CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management initiatives. You will engage physicians, nurses, and health professionals, delivering clinical and educational support for complex inquiries and new product trainings.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, share market insights, and contribute to demonstration of product benefits in cardiology settings. The role requires strong communication and travel as needed to regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 4+ years in cardiac pacing or related industries.
• Knowledge of cardiology and electrophysiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and OR procedures; strong clinical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities to influence growth.
• Provide engineering, sales, education and clinical support for complex inquiries.
• Lead trainings and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide market feedback to management on product direction.
• Cover regional CRM implant cases as needed.
