WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Budget Analyst to support start-up budgets for site clients. You will develop budgets by analyzing trial protocols, identifying CPT/HCPCS codes, and negotiating with sponsors to ensure accurate, competitive budgets. Excel proficiency and strong communication capabilities are essential.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration across teams, and adherence to reimbursement guidelines while contributing to efficient study initiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; significant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain clinical terms clearly.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of clinical trial budget builds and negotiations.
• Read and analyze trial protocols to identify required tests and CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Build comprehensive budgets based on client pricing methodologies and internal standards.
• Negotiate budgets with trial sponsors/CROs via email and phone.
• Assist with internal quality reviews and ensure accuracy of budgets.
