Alignerr seeks an experienced Clinical BI Manager to guide analytics for AI training in healthcare. This remote contract role focuses on turning complex clinical data into actionable insights that drive AI development and patient care outcomes.

You will lead BI teams, optimize data models and reporting pipelines, ensure data governance, and collaborate with AI researchers across regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics and BI leadership.
• Ability to design, build, and manage BI systems (dashboards, reporting pipelines, data models).
• Strong communication bridging data and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BI team designing dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure—data models, SQL queries, and pipelines—for accuracy and performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends for leadership decisions and care delivery improvement.
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance and quality standards in regulated healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to contribute clinical expertise to model development and evaluation.
