About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for senior healthcare analytics professionals who want to apply their domain knowledge to cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends, inform leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Contribute your domain expertise to AI training workflows — helping models better understand how healthcare analytics professionals think, evaluate, and decide
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Deep experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and enterprise data models
• Hands-on experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• Comfortable leading or mentoring analytics teams and communicating complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and rigorous in your approach to data quality and insight accuracy

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality frameworks, or AI evaluation systems
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
• Background in healthcare informatics, clinical data governance, or outcomes research
• Experience contributing to AI training, RLHF workflows, or model evaluation projects
