Job summary

Ideal candidates have medical office experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Remote role with rotating EST shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year - Customer service experience is required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen calls/faxes and route to Case Management or Transition of Care.
• Resolve inquiries; maintain departmental goals and handle reports.
• Document data in systems per guidelines.
• Interact with members, hospital and provider staff regarding UM decisions.
