Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical or clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience navigating hospitals and supporting procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to robotic system sites to promote safety and progression.
• Collaborate with global teams to support new users through their early learning curve.
• Provide expert clinical and technical assistance to physicians and staff during procedures.
• Identify user concerns and work with training partners to address them.
• Maintain open communication with clinical engineering and development teams.
• Share best practices and product feedback with peers and R&D.
• Stay current on IFU, best practices, and new product information.
• Prioritize requests in a high-stress environment.
