Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new robotic system sites to promote safety and effective progressions.
• Collaborate with global Clinical Applications Engineering and Endoluminal Sales to assist new users.
• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and staff on Intuitive equipment.
• Identify concerns affecting adoption and coordinate with training to address them.
• Coordinate with global teams to share best practices and product feedback.
• Stay current on IFU, best practices, troubleshooting, and literature.
• Prioritize requests in a high-stress environment.
